Eric Cuahuizo is a California real estate agent with Obsidian Group, brokered by eXp Realty, serving the Coachella Valley and High Desert. With roots in Cathedral City and a home in Yucca Valley, Eric brings a personal connection to the communities and lifestyles that make the desert a special place to live.

Eric holds a business degree with a finance emphasis from CSUSB. His education provides a foundation for understanding the financial considerations of buying and selling, while his years in Palm Springs hospitality have shaped his approach to service: listen closely, communicate clearly, and follow through.

His hands-on experience in home improvement gives him a practical perspective on a property’s condition and potential. Whether helping first-time buyers, homeowners preparing to sell, or clients exploring investment opportunities, Eric is committed to helping people make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Eric enjoys hiking desert trails, running, and exploring sushi and ramen spots—or wherever his girlfriend picks next.
